The app and this website

ISS Tracker is a free app and website made by Lucent Enterprises Ltd. By using them, you agree to these terms. Your use of the app is also covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Predictions are estimates

Pass times, directions, positions and weather forecasts are predictions. They depend on orbit data and forecasts from third parties and can change, for example when the station changes its orbit. Don’t rely on them where an error could cause harm.

Third-party data

The app and website use data and images from third parties, including CelesTrak, NASA (orbit data and Blue Marble and Black Marble Earth imagery), The Space Devs (Launch Library 2), Natural Earth and Apple Weather. That data belongs to its owners and has its own terms. ISS Tracker isn’t affiliated with NASA or any space agency.

No warranty

The app and website are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using them.

Fair use

Don’t misuse the app, the website or our server, for example by sending automated requests at high volume.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
