How fast and how high is the ISS?
The International Space Station flies about 420 km above Earth at about 27,600 km/h. It goes around Earth about every 93 minutes, or about 15 times a day. Each orbit moves west over the ground as Earth turns, which is why the ground track looks like a wave on the map.
Can I see it now?
Only if it’s above your horizon, the sky is dark where you are, and the station is in sunlight. That happens on some evenings and mornings. See when it passes over you
